20 years of DIVIS event review and new employee in the assembly and launching team

Around 30 customers and interested parties came to Hamburg to celebrate the 20th anniversary of DIVIS together with us.
Part of the anniversary event was an innovation workshop which provided new impulses to all participants. From the user's point of view, useful future developments in the field of video management were discussed. The audience listened to exciting presentations and there was ample opportunity for networking.
In this issue we take you back to the highlights of our anniversary event, which also included a culinary evening programme.
There is also news today from the DIVIS inner circle: the assembly and launching team has a new member. We introduce Marvin Marx, who has been part of the DIVIS team since 1.6.2022.

Review: Anniversary event with workshop and Kaizen
Around 30 customers and interested parties followed the invitation to the DIVIS anniversary event in Hamburg.
Various guest speakers, such as Philipp Horka from Quuppa, Uwe Karrenberg, Managing Director of LOXX Lagerlogistik GmbH and Markus Vinke, Managing Director of TIS GmbH enriched the programme with informative presentations, shared practical experiences and answered questions from the audience. In the workshop "Innovation potentials in logistics", participants developed concrete ideas for the improvement of logistical processes. One of the approaches, for example, was the idea of linking driver data and yard management in order to automatically translate manoeuvring instructions into the appropriate language.
The daytime programme and evening entertainment also offered the event visitors many opportunities for networking. Things got really cosy and culinary in the evening at the Kitchen Party in Henssler's kitchen at the Hamburg Fish Market with a view of the harbour.

Marvin Marx reinforces the DIVIS assembly and launching team
During the first few weeks in the DIVIS service team, Marvin Marx was already fully immersed in five projects. Plenty of opportunity to become acquainted with the team and his new job comprehensively. His conclusion: Being an employee at DIVIS is great fun, the team is friendly and the work is full of variety.
Since 1 June 2022, the trained electronics technician for energy and building technology has been working together with his colleagues during on-site installation to ensure that not only every camera works, but that the entire system is technically flawless.
The initial spark for Marvin's application was the enthusiastic recommendation of his friend, who is also a DIVIS employee. Marvin Marx loves to travel and therefore enjoys working in the field. In hectic situations, he prefers to keep a cool head and tackle the issue at hand instead. He likes to solve tricky manual problems and handling the sensitive adjustment of technology is one of his strong suits. With his open-hearted nature, Marvin felt welcome at DIVIS right from the start.
But it is not only the great and motivating working atmosphere that he appreciates about his job. He can also really relate with the service and customer philosophy.
"Customer enthusiasm", says Marvin, "means to me when customers are so satisfied with the delivered installation that they even recommend DIVIS to their partner companies. You can't ask for more positive feedback on service and products."
He believes that the excellent customer support, provided by DIVIS both on-site and remotely, is an essential component for customer satisfaction, and it perfectly complements the high-quality product range at DIVIS.
