Support program "De-minimis" – Do you already benefit?
Bordesholm, June 1, 2019
Since January 7, 2019, the application period for the funding period 2019 of the "De-minimis" funding program has been running. It expires on September 30, 2019. Companies that want to submit an application will therefore have just under four months left this year.
De-minimis is a subsidy program for companies in heavy goods vehicle transport that carry out the safety and environmental measures specified in the framework catalog.
In order to qualify for support, companies must operate road haulage within the definition of Section 1 of the German Road Traffic Act (GüKG) at the time of application and be the owner or keeper of at least one heavy duty commercial vehicle registered in the Federal Republic of Germany for use on public roads. Heavy goods vehicles within the definition of the "De-minimis" directive are motor vehicles which are intended exclusively for road haulage and whose gross vehicle weight is at least 7.5 t.
If you would like to apply for the support, you will find further explanatory notes on eligible measures in the so-called positive list of the Federal Office for Goods Transport (BAG).
One of the eligible measures is, for example, the use of "video surveillance systems for an operation site".
Are you a DIVIS customer and plan to equip your outdoor area with surveillance in 2019 or to use our Plus+ function Motion Alarm+ with thermal imaging cameras?
Then you could get funding under the "De-minimis" directive. For each applying company, an annual allowance of up to € 33,000 is possible.
IMPORTANT
The condition is, however, that measures to promote safety and environment may only be started after the submission of the application to the Federal Office. Measures that were started before the application can not be considered!
If you are interested, please contact our sales department directly to discuss details about our products and the timing of an implementation.
There is no legal entitlement to a grant. The Federal Office decides on the basis of due discretion and depending on the available subsidies.
