Service technician in the office and field service (m/f/d) Spain

Your Tasks
As an office-based service technician, your tasks will consist of providing independent 1st level support for the installed systems and solving technical problems via remote dial-in. This includes, among other things, daily monitoring as well as processing and communicating via the ticket system with customer enquiries.
For your field of activity, this means specifically:
- Carrying out active and individual telephone and written customer support and advice
- Technical support in the 1st level area (troubleshooting and fault rectification)
- Processing and managing customer complaints
- Daily, active monitoring of installed systems, data management and maintenance
- Support in deployment and tour planning
- Link between customers and internal departments
- Participation in company-wide agile objective management

- Assembly and repair of all components belonging to the system
- Maintenance of the entire system
- Configuration of our servers
- Troubleshooting at customer sites
- Carrying out minor new installations and extensions
- Proper documentation of the services rendered
- Instructing customers on our products
Your Profile
In addition to analytical thinking, you are characterised by a systematic and solution-oriented way of working and contribute your own ideas. Success- and team-oriented work, self-organisation, enthusiasm and an independent way of working match your personality.
- Residence in Spain in the Madrid area
- Experience in technical customer support an advantage
- Willingness to travel
- Possibility of setting up a workstation with Internet connection in a home office
- Good technical understanding (Microsoft/Linux environment)
- Knowledge in the area of server, client & network infrastructure advantageous
- Knowledge of video technology (desirable)
- Good knowledge of German and/or English
- Spanish language skills (written and spoken)
- Driving licence
- Strong customer and service orientation
