The family business Chr. Carstensen Logistics from Flensburg is one of the leading logistics companies in Schleswig-Holstein. For over 125 years, the company has honoured the highest standards of quality and reliability.
The CargoVIS video management system enables process optimisation, the location of missing consignments and the reduction of losses at the Handewitt site near Flensburg.
The logistics company is looking forward to not only saving money and time with the DIVIS system, but also being able to utilise resources even more effectively in future. The newly gained transparency makes it possible to trace the whereabouts of consignments at any time within a few moments. The linking of scan and video data in CargoVIS ensures precise access to shipment investigation. This means that transfers of liability are also clearly documented in CargoVIS and proof can be retrieved in an instant.
We would like to thank Chr. Carstensen Logistics and all other new customers for their trust and look forward to a successful cooperation!
Chr. Carstensen Logistics was founded in 1892. The family business delivers goods of all kinds in Germany, to Scandinavia and other international destinations in its 5th generation. trans-o-flex Express GmbH specialises in the transport of high-value and sensitive goods, including pharmaceuticals and consumer electronics. In order to maintain a constant overview during the daily handling of thousands of packages, some of which are very valuable, to provide complete information on the whereabouts of shipments and to guarantee the best possible service quality, trans-o-flex has been using the ParcelVIS video management solutions for image-based package research in the parcel depot for several years.
As part of the ongoing cooperation, five further locations in the Osnabrück, Magdeburg, Dresden, Bruchsal and Augsburg regions will be equipped with our modern ParcelVIS software solution.
We would like to thank trans-o-flex and all our existing customers for their loyalty and look forward to our continued journey of success together!
