Dr. Ralf Stegner visiting DIVIS

As part of an event organized by the Craft and Trade Association Bordesholm and surrounding area (HGV), Dr. Ing. Ralf Stegner, national chairman of the SPD in Schleswig-Holstein, as well as guests from politics, economy and press paid a visit to DIVIS. They gained an impression of how a company in Bordesholm successfully operates and organizes its pan-European business.

Mr. Thomas Kroll and Mr. Volker Wittchow introduced the company to the interested guests and explained how DIVIS customers are enabled by the "CargoVIS" and "ParcelVIS" solutions to improve the quality of their logistical services through fast and intuitive tracking of shipments continuously during the distribution process.

DIVIS at the business location Bordesholm was a first topic of the subsequent lively discussion. In addition to a modern, value-based and trust-based corporate management, the very early contact with young people in the form of student internships and the decision to offer apprenticeships is an important component in being able to operate successfully as a company in the future.

The proximity to the Christian-Albrechts-University Kiel, programs for economic development, the creation of a broadband fiber optic connection as well as the good traffic connections thanks to the train, motorway and airport make Bordesholm a very interesting location, especially as Bordesholm also offers an attractive offer as a place of residence.

Dr. Ralf Stegner assured that he would continue to develop Bordesholm and increase the attractiveness of the location, so that further innovative companies will consider Bordesholm in their choice of location.
