DIVIS monitoring for the best possible availability and fast support
If you opt for the active monitoring of DIVIS, your system is monitored automated as well as by hand by our experts.
Every weekday, a DIVIS service employee checks all status information from the previous day, which is detected by the automatic monitoring and reported via our ticket system. The messages are then assigned according to priority and urgent cases are escalated.
At no later than noon, the respective contact person at the customer will be informed by means of a ticket in the event of problems such as the failure of individual camera groups and other hardware problems, or locating failures.
For the processing of such failures, a period of 24 hours is guaranteed under the agreement.
At first, attempts are made to remedy the problem by remote maintenance, which is why the service contract requires a specific firmware version and a remote dial-in option. We will be happy to provide you with further information on request. If the problem can be solved remotely, the customer immediately receives a message about the successful troubleshooting.
If the attempt to remedy the error by remote maintenance fails, a technician deployment on site will be agreed with the customer. In this case, serious failures, e.g. a total black-out, have the highest priority, so that you can be sure that even in the worst case you will be helped quickly.

Summer celebration for the 15th anniversary of DIVIS
On the occasion of our fifteen-year anniversary, DIVIS organized a big summer festival for employees, their families and partner companies in September.
Nearly 100 adults and numerous children met in front of the DIVIS premises on September 16th to celebrate the anniversary together.
At the start of the event, the company owner and managing director Thomas Kroll took the chance to thank his team for their merits. Then, in his humorous speech, he turned to a brief excursion to both, the founding years of the DIVIS as well as to the future. He led the outlook with the motto of DIVIS: Healthy growth with enthusiastic stakeholders - enthusiasm, which includes everyone, employees, customers, partners and many more.
Looking forward into the future, he presented the project DIVIS 2020, a structuring and growth-promoting project under the motto "digital transformation", which will be used to combine the power of innovation and strengths of DIVIS in the coming years and to focus on the future and extended target markets.
With this project, DIVIS has applied for funds from the funding program POI of the federal state of Schleswig-Holstein.
Thomas Kroll encouraged his audience to take change positively and actively participate in it. As the owner, he emphasized the importance of safeguarding and creating jobs in the future.
In this context, the DIVIS Managing Director briefly referred to his succession within the next few years and made it clear that neither has this date yet been fixed nor a date of his departure. His focus, Thomas Kroll said, is in any case primarily lying on finding a succession that is equally interested in DIVIS's growth, and on the well-being of its workforce.
Applause followed these final words, and the DIVIS representative for cordiality gave a homemade cake to the speaker. In addition, he received a group photo of the last joint team trip to France, flowers and many lovely greetings from all directions.
Afterwards, interested visitors of the partner companies and the relatives of the celebrating employees were given the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes of the DIVIS and to visit the business premises. The software solutions could also be tested live.
A mobile beverage bar, which served freshly tapped beer in addition to non-alcoholic drinks, "Auerochsen" burgers from the region and a candy bar made sure that adults and children would not grow hungry at the event.
For the children there was a big bouncy castle, lots of toys and distraction. All of it was used with great enthusiasm, while many adults gathered in the pavilion to engage in conversations while enjoying something sweet or hearty.
The general feedback was positive: "When DIVIS is celebrating, it feels like a family day”.
