We all receive daily newsletters from different companies. At DIVIS, we ask ourselves, "What happens to our newsletters when they arrive in your email inbox? Are they read, are they interesting or do they go right into the trash unread?"
In order to continue filling the DIVIS newsletter with attractive topics for you in the future, we have set up a short survey.

Conditions of participation
Organizer of the raffle is the Deutsche Industrie Video System GmbH, hereinafter referred to as operator or organizer. Participation is free and is governed exclusively by these terms and conditions.
Execution of the raffle
The duration of the competition extends from September 10, 2019, 10 am to November 19, 2019, 10 am. Within this period, users will have the opportunity to participate in the raffle online.
Participation
To participate, you must complete and submit the survey form, including the contact details (first and last name, e-mail address, telephone). The submission of the template and participation in the raffle are only possible within the participation period.
Eligibility
Eligible are natural persons who have their residence in Europe and are at least 18 years old. Participation is limited to newsletter subscribers of the organizer and does not depend on the purchase of a good or service.
All persons involved in the design and implementation of the competition and employees of the operator and their family members are not eligible.
Winning, notification and transmission of the prize
The following prize will be awarded:
100 € Amazon coupon, redeemable on the Amazon platform of the country of residence
After the closing date the winner will be determined by drawing among all participants. The winners of the raffle will be informed at the end of November 2019 via a separate e-mail or by telephone about the prize.
Termination of the raffle
The organizer expressly reserves the right to terminate the raffle at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. This applies in particular to any reason that would disrupt or prevent a planned course of the raffle.
Data protection
For the participation in the raffle the entry of personal data is necessary. The participant assures that the personal details given by him (first, last name, e-mail address and telephone number) are true and correct.
The organizer points out that all personal data of the participant are not passed on to third parties nor are they handed over for use.
An exception is the SurveyMonkey online survey tool used to collect the data in the competition. The data collected in this way will only be stored and used in the context of the raffle. The personal data will be deleted after the end of the competition.
In the event of a win, the winner agrees to the publication of his name and employer in the advertising media used by the organizer. This includes, for example, the announcement of the winner on the website of the operator, in his newsletters and on social media platforms.
The participant can withdraw his consent to the use of his data at any time. The revocation must be addressed in writing to the e-mail address marketing@divis.eu. After revoking the consent, the collected and stored personal data of the participant will be deleted immediately.
Applicable law

The raffle of the operator is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. The legal process is excluded.
Severability clause
Should a provision of these conditions of participation be or become wholly or partially ineffective, the validity of these conditions of participation will not be affected. Instead of the invalid provision, the legally permissible provision, which comes closest to the meaning and purpose expressed in the invalid provision, applies. The same applies in the event of the existence of a loophole in these conditions of participation.
