The Corona virus spread continues. Meanwhile, we no longer only know that through media reporting, but the crisis is increasingly and comprehensively affecting all of our professional and private lives.
Of course we are not exempt from this at DIVIS and as a customer you may be unsure whether and, if so, what effects the latest developments will have on our services.
Based on the precautionary measures currently recommended by government agencies, we have taken measures to maintain our economic operations in a form that is adapted to the situation.
In order to curb the further spread of the virus, many events were canceled in Schleswig-Holstein and in the rest of Germany, including the Kieler Woche. We are sorry to report that for this reason, we unfortunately also have to cancel our own customer event (including DIVIS-Barcamp).
Today, in this special edition you will find further background information on the current measures taken at DIVIS today.

Ensuring operation at DIVIS
Projects
An essential part of our services are the planning and implementation of projects.
As far as it is possible while yielding current special regulations, precautionary measures and restrictions, we will continue to carry out projects with our customers that are currently in progress.
Our project managers are currently contacting affected customers in order to coordinate the process and dates in each individual case.
Service
The aim of all our efforts is to remain the best possible contact for you and to continue to support you optimally within the scope of our possibilities even in this difficult time.
Our service hotline will remain available by phone for you at the usual times.
Support and troubleshooting continue to take place remotely.
An exception is our on-site service. In consideration of the efforts to contain the virus, on-site work is temporarily carried out only to a very limited extent and only in extreme emergencies.
We hope for your approval of the temporary restrictions and will resume all of our services immediately in the usual form as soon as the current situation improves.

EVENTS
Customer event "Kieler Daag" is canceled
With a heavy heart we hereby cancel our customer event planned for the summer of this year, the Kieler Daag.
Unfortunately, the developments of the coming weeks and months are currently not foreseeable and, accordingly, it is also not clear whether restrictions, such as the recently imposed ban on events, will continue to concern us on the date previously planned in summer.
We hope that the early cancellation will save you organizational inconvenience under the given circumstances. We have already canceled the hotel reservations for you.
2020 is already a very extraordinary year for all of us.
We hope that you get through the Corona crisis safely and look forward to a hopefully more enjoyable situation in the foreseeable future.
