Useful shortcuts and controls for shipment investigation at a glance

In this tip of the month we have compiled the most important operating tips for you:
Navigation buttons for intuitive investigation in adjacent areas
In the area navigation, navigation buttons are available around the full screen of the investigation, with which neighboring areas can be viewed simply by a mouse-over gesture and accessed by click.
This option is also available in ParcelVIS when switching from sorting belt to the contractor’s area investigation.
S-key for a quick search result without viewing long video sequences
The Plus+ Feature Motion+ is part of the basic licence of CargoVIS and ParcelVIS. The software module enables area-specific image rendering by means of filtering. The pressed S-key is used to mark the individual image areas in which the user wants the motion analysis to take place. Then the mouse wheel can be used to jump back and forth between the individual events with movement. Movements are then displayed exclusively within the marked areas. This saves the tedious and time-consuming investigation in video material in which the shipment does not move for longer periods, or in video sequences of areas that are irrelevant for your investigation.
Control elements h and m for investigation in hour and minute increments
In the workspace of the CargoVIS and ParcelVIS software, the button h is available for jumps by the hour and m for jumps by the minute through the video material.
Also, by holding the mouse pointer over the camera image and scrolling the mouse wheel, the user can move back and forth in the video frame by frame.
If the mouse pointer is held over the buttons or they are activated by click and the mouse wheel scrolled, the jump takes place in the corresponding unit, i.e. by the minute or hour.
Z-key for investigation with zoom in the 360° camera view
By holding down the Z-key, any image sections can be displayed enlarged in the 360° camera view. In zoom mode, it is also possible to move back and forth in the camera view. To do this, continue to hold the Z-key and move the mouse pointer over the desired image area at the same time.

Move a zoomed-in image section with Ctrl + mouse click
Zoomed-in image sections can easily be moved in our software. To do this, hold down the CTR- key and move the mouse in the desired direction.
Show and hide menu strip for more display space with Ctrl + M or Alt-key
With the shortcut Ctrl + M or Alt-key you can hide and show the menu strip for more display space in CargoVIS and ParcelVIS.
Full screen display by double click
To display a main camera image in CargoVIS or ParcelVIS in full screen, double-click on the image with the left mouse button.
Display live images in full screen mode with Ctrl + double click in extra window
Live images can be displayed full screen in an extra window in our video management software by simply using the combination Ctrl + double-click.
Save single images, print or send by e-mail via drag & drop
By marking and dragging the camera, printer or e-mail icon with the left mouse button held down onto any image, the dialogue for the corresponding function can be opened and applied to this image.
For example, individual images can be saved to the computer with just one mouse click.
